Very strong

This a a very strong and over roasted product. We have been trying to support local small business but not sure we’d go back to this one.

Thanks Claire for your review. Sorry the decaff wasn't to your liking. The Swiss water process to the beans to decaffeinate them delivers quite a darker green bean to us to begin with, and they tend to darken quickly during the roasting process. We do love getting reviews both good and occasionally bad, and all points are taken on board and discussed. Thanks again for your feedback.

Order No. 3983

I can't report on the quality of the product. I haven't received it yet. That may not be your fault. It could be our bad postal system.

Hi John, I'm sorry you haven't received your coffee yet, AusPost is really under the pump with covid19 tripling parcel mail and have very few staff to deal with it due to distancing in the sorting centre. However, Via your tracking number, I notice it was in Darwin on Friday, you should receive it today. Sorry again, but as you know, it will be worth the wait! Regards Andrew.
