I am more than satisfied with your product and your prompt delivery, however I found my last order of 1kg rammed into and over hanging my standard size mail box. It was in a red postpack and was delivered after 5pm, luckily it was still there in the morning…..Please revert to cardboard boxes….Regards John.

Hi John, thanks for your 5 star review! Regarding the handling of your package. Order size and destination usually dictates the packaging option at our end. Wether that be a post bag or cardboard box shouldn’t really impact the condition of the received package. If an Australia Post employee decides he’s going to jam it into a small letterbox, we of course have no control over that.
